The Real Country Farm Show

Located on a private sheep station just south of Queenstown, the Real Country Farm Show offers an authentic taste of what real, rural New Zealand is like and gives you the opportunity to watch, learn and even have a go yourself! You also get to feed and interact in the paddock with our friendly alpaca, sheep, baby lambs, horses and deer!

Our Farm Shows are only open to a limited amount of people so the groups stay small and the experience is guaranteed to be intimate, interactive and personalised.

The Real Country Farm Show takes 45min and this farm experience is personal, authentic and interactive. At this time of year (September to December we also have baby lambs to feed and look after!)

This experience, must be booked in advance as we are not open every day. Please contact us prior to visiting the farm to enquire about what times we can host you.

The Farm Show includes:

Working sheep dog mustering demonstration
Stock whip cracking lesson
Feed and interact with the friendly farm animals (including alpaca, deer, horses, sheep and baby lambs)
Learn about what farming in New Zealand is like from your real farmer host
